Sharing lets your team members use your Handlers directly in Slack — without needing to set up their own. This means your team can benefit from the powerful Handler setup you've built, and in turn, their interactions help contribute to your Handler's knowledge and abilities over time.

Getting There

Type /handle sharing in any Slack channel. You'll be asked to select which Handler you'd like to manage sharing for, then the sharing settings modal will open.

Sharing Options

The sharing modal gives you three ways to control who can access your Handler:

Entire Workspace

Tick "Enable everywhere for all workspace users" to make your Handler available to everyone in your Slack workspace. This is the broadest setting — anyone in the workspace can start a conversation with your Handler.

Specific Users

Select individual team members to grant access to. Only the people you choose will be able to interact with your Handler. This is useful when you want to share with a small group or roll out access gradually.

Specific Channels

Select channels where your Handler should be available. Anyone in those channels can @mention your Handler to start a conversation. This works well for team-specific or project-specific Handlers — share your Handler in the channels where it's most relevant.

How It Works

When a team member interacts with a shared Handler, it appears under "Shared Handlers" in their Handler selection dropdown, clearly labelled with your name as the manager.

Sharing settings are saved when you click Save in the modal. Any previous sharing configuration for that Handler is replaced with your new selections — so the modal always reflects the complete, current state of who has access.

Why Share?

A Handler gets more capable over time as it builds up memories and refines its approach. By sharing your Handler with your team, you're not just giving them access to a tool — you're giving them access to a tool that gets smarter with every interaction. And the more people use it, the faster it learns.
